Chiropractic Treatment Of A 7-Month-Old With Chronic Constipation: A Case Report

A 7-month-old girl suffering from chronic constipation since birth a history of painful staining and hard, pellet-like stools. Stools ranged in frequency from once per day to once every 3 days. After treatment consisting of full spine and cranial adjusting, the patient’s bowel function normalized to one to two soft, effortless stools per day. Maintenance of these improvements was confirmed at a 1-year follow-up visit.
