Acute lumbosacral myofascitis associated with Reiter’s disease

ABSTRACT: Reiter’s syndrome is an arthritic condition that has as its main features polyarthritis, conjunctivitis and urethritis. It is not typically associated with lumbosacral symptomatology. This paper reports a case of Reiter’s syndrome with lumbosacral myofascitis Therapy and management are discussed.
