The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between the subjectivity, which can hardly be described, and the objectivity of findings. This relation is mainly determined by the rules of non-linear dynamics. Therefore, the course of disease is not always predictable. The hypersynchronic firing of cell-assemblies (CA) is migrating. The kinetic morphology is in general fractal, bifurcated, and sometimes chaotic. By palpation and percussion of the cranium we can elaborate the topology and the structures of pains. Penrose who differentiates the zones of cortex, the evolutionary approach of Popper and Eccles, as well as the theory of quantum reaction of the neurons widen the pathophysiological basis of cephalgia towards a larger structural context including the information theory. The complex neuropathy of headache needs an individual treatment by various procedures like head and ear acupuncture, novocaine therapy, cautious chiropractic, local heat, and neurotropic remedies. Perimetry is the main criteria of improvement.
