Chiropractic treatment of tension: a case study

Deboer K, Maxwell J, Miller B Journal of Chiropractic 1984  Jun; 21(6):  62-6

A case report of a 74 year old male suffering a daily occurrence of “headache” is presented. Treatment under the care of a medical physician were inefficacious, except that a high medication intake afforded short-term relief. The patient therefore sought chiropractic care. Using only conservative adjusting techniques, results showed a notable improvement in his sleep and a reduction in the amount and severity of headaches.
